  • Administrative Assistant III

Nicole Brough is a Pittsburgh-area native with a Bachelor of Science in English and a minor in Public Relations and Marketing from Slippery Rock University. For over a decade, she owned and operated an award-winning Pittsburgh wedding and event planning business, building a reputation for creative execution and client-centered service.

During her four years as Outreach Coordinator for Hosanna Industries, Nicole managed social media, maintained the organization's website, and supported a range of creative initiatives for the nonprofit, which has been providing charitable construction services since 1990 to local families in need. She continues to volunteer with Hosanna Industries today, lending her web design and social media expertise whenever called upon.

She now serves as a Level III Administrator for both the Johnson Institute for Responsible Leadership and the Frances Hesselbein Leadership Forum, providing comprehensive support to Director Santucci and the broader team. In this role, she manages day-to-day operations, including budget oversight, expense management, and payment processing and other various in house administrative duties. She coordinates travel, facilitates meetings and events, and handles internal communications to keep operations running smoothly. Nicole also develops and designs internal documents, manages social media accounts, and oversees website design, bringing her background in marketing and creative work directly to bear on the department's needs.

Nicole also supports the Frances Hesselbein Leadership Forum's award-winning journal, Leader to Leader, coordinating the quarterly distribution of journal copies to contributors, participating in meetings to expand the journal's reach, and supporting events and activities that honor Frances Hesselbein's lasting legacy. She is committed to supporting the initiatives of both centers and contributing to the success of their programming across classes, workshops, and events.
