2017, Emerging: Fagan Harris, President and CEO of Baltimore Corps, for his efforts to effect positive change in Baltimore toward a more just and inclusive city by recruiting young professionals to invest their time and talent with nonprofits, businesses, and government agencies to invigorate the community.

2016, Emerging: Alec Karakatsanis, Founder and Executive Director, Civil Rights Corps, for his work which provides pro bono legal services to those most in need and his efforts to change the systemic issues that create unjustifiable inequalities in the criminal legal system.

2014, Emerging: Bill Peduto, Mayor, City of Pittsburgh, for his innovative initiatives launched to increase transparency and competence on his leadership team.
